  • 5+ years of pricing and/or retention experience
  • Conscientious in the formulation of early warning / opportunity indicators, addressing business risk and opportunity in a proactive, agile way
  • Proven ability to drive multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Evidence of ability to influence in a matrixed environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written presentation skills
  • MBA preferred
