Seeking an Digital Project Coordinator and/or Manager to join our team. This contract is initially slated until year-end of 2019, but could be extended. The manager is looking for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for the work they do.
This person will coordinate and manage cross-functional digital projects (websites, email campaigns, mobile apps) including the visual design, content creation and IT development. They will configure web pages in a CMS, optimize images using Adobe Photoshop and maintaining the company's digital channels. They will also collaborate with key stakeholders on business requirements gathering, analytics, and forecasting.
4-5+ years in digital production
BA is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in HTML, CSS, web usability
Experience with CMS and/or Project Management systems (like Sitecore or JIRA)
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and/or Adobe Acrobat Pro (Photoshop and/or Illustrator)
Experience within analytics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search, Brandwatch, Siteimprove, Forms, etc.)
Experience coordinating internal and external stakeholders
Key Job Responsibilities:
Guide the company's digital best practices philosophy, including working within user experience, information architecture, search engine optimization and functionality
Performs content development and publishing tasks for corporate websites
Maintains website quality and fixes issues (broken links, inconsistencies).
Format and send corporate e-mail communications
Edit/manipulate/crop/color correct images
Ensures brand compliance
Adds and maintains meta tags.
Work with stakeholders to gain insight into what is needed, and build that within the product management tool
Gather feedback from stakeholders and vendors on what could work better, and make those fixes
Communication, basic understanding of CMS systems, a strong understanding of digital concepts (website application tools, page visits vs. page sessions), project management experience.
