Proposes, designs and implements cyber security technical or administrative controls that mitigate risk to the organization. Improves the organizations cyber security posture by developing and implementing security standards and procedures. Determines root cause of potential security events or incidents, prioritizes and responds in a timely fashion. Mentors and trains staff to ensure cyber skill sets are being developed by all personnel provides guidance and support to other members of the IT Security team.
