The marketing department is seeking a graphic designer who will be responsible for the design, layout and production of all marketing collateral material. This includes white papers, brochures, product briefs, pitchbooks and client presentations. We are looking for a creative designer who can actively contribute to new work and ensure that the integrity of the brand is present in all facets. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative and be able to work cohesively with the marketing, creative and digital teams in a fast paced environment.
* Execute ideas from concept through production * Implement and ensure established client brand identity across various platforms * Work within established templates, ensuring brand adherence * Manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously * Coordinate with marketing managers and internal clients * Complete all work for a project, including final specs for design * Production of all printed pieces from concept to completion * Create print-production files, detailed design specifications and templates
* Highly creative with a strong attention to detail * Expert knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel * Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite * Strong Adobe Illustrator charting experience * Ability to manage projects independently * Flexibility to shift priorities and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment * Work well within tight deadlines in a team environment * Strong organizational and time management skills * Maintain a positive work environment with high creative standards * BA in Graphic Design and/or 4-7 years of relevant experience (prior financial/asset management a plus)
