Technical analysis of solutions in an agile development environment. Support of applications in production, development of defined projects, and design and development of new features and functions. Support includes analysis of current systems, monitoring of operations and analytic support of new development activity
The Business/Systems Analyst has expertise in system analysis of existing systems and new development, ideally with experience in quality assurance. Must be able to understand and apply business needs, interpret the business logic, and able to translate the business requirements to technical requirements.
Translating and simplifying requirements

Ability to write SQL Queries to perform Data Analysis
Programming skills in SQL and any other languages

Ability to review data, trends, and results to make recommendations on improvements
Testing skills to confirm results to business and technical requirements
2-4 years of applicable experience

Basic understanding of Database Design
