Little Donkey is a small plates restaurant by James Beard Award Winning Chef's Jamie Bissonnette and Ken Oringer. The Sous Chef is responsible for working stations in the kitchen: Saute, Grill, Expo, and/or Wok or GM, as well as menu design, specials from the markets, admin, costing, and scheduling duties. He/she will be in direct contact working alongside Jamie Bissonnette. He/she should be able to read and follow recipes and standards, train employees, and maintain health department, food quality, and restaurant standards. The position requires and at least 1 year of sous chef experience.
