  • Develop strong relationships across the customer's organization and be responsible for consistent, profitable revenue growth
  • Take a lead role in corrective actions and determining solutions to meet customer needs
  • Identify, pursue, and secure opportunities to expand into new product lines
  • Maintain and update monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field
  • 5+ years of cosmetic and/or consumer packaging B2B sales and/or account management experience
  • Prior experience managing a large, prestigious account
  • Strong communication skills, excellent written and oral communication and killer presentation skills with the ability to successfully articulate complex solutions/approaches in a simple and memorable ways especially within delivery/strategic situations
  • Demonstrated skills and attributes include initiative, problem solving, and negotiation
  • Ability to function independently
  • Technical aptitude with regards to packaging design, manufacturing, or retail supply chain operations is preferred
