The candidate will work as part of the MSD365 CRM team to build and support applications to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the CRM business function. This role will participate in design, development, testing and support of CRM applications and ensure successful delivery of business capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring very strong experience in developing technical solutions in MSD 365 CRM area.
? Design, develop, test, document, deploy high quality business solutions on MSD 365 CRM platform
? Interact with business units to define requirements/modifications and use cases. Provide recommendation on scope and scale of effort required to develop solution.
? Implement best development practices for efficiency like leveraging re-use, eliminating duplicative components, efficient architectural design.
? Minimum 7 years of experience within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
? Minimum 1 year of experience within MSD 365 cloud platform.
? Experience in implementing CRM integrations to other systems using web services
? Significant experience in development of MSD 365 applications.
? Experience with architecting, developing and supporting highly scalable, highly available, highly secured systems.
? Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or Engineering discipline. Master's Degree is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
100% hand on development role. Big picture: this candidate will assist in building the foundation platform for *** to service it's financial institution partners. There are 3-4 overall projects that this worker will be tied to.
