You will be responsible for developing and leading our events programs, working with partners, and developing digital marketing campaigns. For this role, you must be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work with a wide variety of vendors. Ultimately, you should help us achieve our business goals by establishing partnerships with industry associations and coordinating events including tradeshows, educational speaker series, industry meetings, and more. Primary Responsibilities: Plan, budget, and coordinate external conference and tradeshow logistics Plan, budget, and coordinate internal Ambra events and logistics including bi-annual team and sales training events Research new, event, sponsorship, and marketing opportunities for Ambra Health Secure speaking opportunities at leading industry events for Ambra company thought leaders Collaborate with Ambra partners on shared initiatives including presentations, events, and product demonstrations Develop event design and collateral materials with Ambra graphic design team Aide in pre-show marketing, communications, and press relations campaigns Minor website and HubSpot updates as needed Skills & Requirements: Must be a college graduate with at least a Bachelors degree 2 to 3 years of relevant marketing experience Must be highly organized and detail oriented Able to prioritize multiple responsibilities to meet tight deadlines Able to troubleshoot and solve problems or obstacles with minimal supervision either remotely or onsite at tradeshows Able to travel 10% of the year and carry 25 LBS of tradeshow collateral and displays materials Experience with the following a plus:Word, Excel, and PowerPoint HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform Salesforce or a similar CRM WordPress or similar CMS When applying please include a cover letter and resume.
